Glazed Easter Ham


1fully cooked bone-in ham (8 to 10 pounds)
1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
1/4 cuporange juice
2 tbsphoney
1 tbspwhole grain mustard
2 tspdried basil
1 tsporange zest
1/8 tspground cloves


  1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Score the surface of the ham to allow glaze to penetrate, making diamond shapes 1/2 inches deep.
  3. Bake at 325° for 1-3/4 hours.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over ham.
  5. Bake 15-30 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 140°.
  6. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
