Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie


This smoothie recipe is the perfect breakfast or post-gym snack!

Ingredients

2Bananas (sliced)
2 cupsMilk
1/2 cupPeanut butter
2 tbspHoney
2 cupsIce cubes

Preparation

1. Add bananas, milk, honey, peanut butter and ice cubes to a blender. 

2. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
