|2/3 cup||sweetened coconut flakes|
|1/2 cup||peanut butter|
|1/2 cup||ground flaxseed|
|1/4 cup||unsweetened cocoa powder|
|1-2 tablespoon||chia seeds (optional)|
|1 teaspoon||vanilla extract|
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Refrigerate for about half an hour. Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 tbsp per ball. If the mixture is not sticking together well, add a bit more honey or peanut butter. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for quick on the go snacks or breakfast!
