|1 teaspoon||vanilla extract|
|2 cups||heavy whipping cream|
Grind the Oreos for the crust into fine crumbs. Add the butter, combine, and press into a 9" springform pan. Place in refrigerator.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract while mixing. Pour in the cream and continue mixing until soft peaks form. Fold in the Oreos.
Pour the mixture into the pan. Refrigerate 4-5 hours. Place the Oreos on the cheesecake as toppings.
