Tropical Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients

2 cupfrozen mixed berries
2ripe bananas
1/2 cupcoconut milk (or almond milk)
1 cuplarge rolled oats
1/4 cupsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cupsliced almonds
2 cupscottage cheese
1/4 cupchia seeds
1/2 tspvanilla extract
pineapple slices
banana slices
strawberry slices
shredded coconut

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine oats, coconut, and almonds. Cook on medium-low heat, until almonds and coconut become lightly toasted. Let cool.

Meanwhile, blend the mixed berries, the banana and the coconut milk.

Combine cottage cheese, chia seeds, and vanilla.

Divide between 4 bowls, top with fruits slices.
