|1/2 cup||coconut milk (or almond milk)|
|1 cup||large rolled oats|
|1/4 cup||sweetened shredded coconut|
|1/4 cup||sliced almonds|
|2 cups||cottage cheese|
|1/4 cup||chia seeds|
|1/2 tsp||vanilla extract|
In a saucepan, combine oats, coconut, and almonds. Cook on medium-low heat, until almonds and coconut become lightly toasted. Let cool.
Meanwhile, blend the mixed berries, the banana and the coconut milk.
Combine cottage cheese, chia seeds, and vanilla.
Divide between 4 bowls, top with fruits slices.
