Salmon Nigiri Recipe


2 cupscooked sushi rice, seasoned
sushi-grade salmon, sliced into 10 thin slices
soy sauce


  1. Wet your hands and shape the seasoned rice

  2. Put a small amount of wasabi on each slice of salmon

  3. Place the salmon on the shaped rice

  4. Roll and cut sushi

  5. Serve with soy sauce.
