Quick and Easy Burrito Recipe


200 gchicken, sliced
1 canbeans (pinto beans or red kidney beans)
2 cupsgrated cheese
Burrito Mix
4 tbspchili powder
3 tbspcumin
3 tbsppaprika
2 tbsponion flakes
2 tbspgarlic powder
1/2 tbspcayenne pepper


  1. Use leftover grilled chicken or quickly grill the chicken in the pan until cooked through. Lightly salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, drain the beans and put in a separate pan over medium heat. Mix the burrito mix ingredients together, then add to pan with just enough water to help coat the beans.
  3. Grate the cheese, slice the avocado. Use store-bought salsa or try this salsa verde recipe we simply love!
  4. Serve hot!
