One Pot Lasagna Recipe


1 tbspolive oil
3Italian sausages
1 candiced tomatoes
1 cantomato sauce
1 tsporegano
1 tspbasil
1/2 tspgarlic powder
8 ozfarfalle pasta
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cupmozzarella cheese
2 tbspparsley leaves
1/2 tspv crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Heat olive oil over medium high heat.

  2. Add italian sausage and cook until browned. Crumble the sausage as it cooks and drain excess fat.

  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, add salt and pepper.

  4. Bring to a simmer and stir in pasta and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Add mozzarella.

  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
