Easter Bunny Crepes



1 cupall-purpose flour
1 tablespoonsugar
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1 1/2 cupswhole milk
3 tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
butter, for cooking
maple syrup
chocolate spread


  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and butter. Mix until smooth, and bubbles form on top.

  2. Heat butter on a nonstick pan over medium. Add 1/3 cup batter to pan and cook until underside of crepe is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Use a rubber spatula to quickly flip the crepes. Cook 1 minute more. Slide crepe out of skillet onto a plate.

  3. Create the head of the bunny, the ears and the feet by using slightly less batter than the body. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to pan as needed.

  4. Let your little ones help decorate with whipped cream, chocolate spread, fruits and sprinkles!
