Nutella Cookie Cups


Cookie Dough
1 cupbutter, softened
1 cupwhite sugar
1 cupbrown sugar
2 tspvanilla extract
3 cupsall purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
peanut butter
ice cream
Cadbury Mini Eggs


Grease two 12 hole muffin tins. Preheat oven to 375F.

Cream the butter in a mixing bowl, then gradually add the sugars until mixture is light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda, then add to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Roll dough into 1.5" balls and place in the muffin holes.

Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove from oven; immediately use a shot glass to press the cookies down into little cups. Add ~1 tbsp of Nutella and/or peanut butter

Eat as is or top with ice cream or Cadbury Mini Eggs for an Easter treat!
