1 | English cucumber |
1 pint | cherry tomatoes |
1/3 | onion |
1/2 cup | olives |
olive oil |
Cook orzo according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and let cool.
Slice the vegetables.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix to coat.
