Choco-Banana Smoothie Recipe


1 cupmilk (or coconut milk or soy milk or rice milk)
1 tbsphoney
2bananas, frozen, sliced
1 tbspcocoa powder
1 tspchia seeds


Tip: slice bananas, seal and freeze. They are ready to go for your breakfast smoothie and you won't need to dilute your drink with ice cubes!

Mix together all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
