Preparation Time:



1fresh fig, sliced
2lavash crackers (or whole wheat toast)
1/4 cupcottage cheese
4 tsphoney
pistachios, chopped


Spread the cottage cheese over the crackers. Drizzle honey over the cheese. Slice the fig and roughly chop the pistachios. Place the fig slices over the cheese and sprinkle pistachios. Enjoy this healthy snack!
