4 cups | vegetable oil |
8 oz | beef tenderloin, in small cubes |
8 oz | chicken breast |
1 tbsp | olive oil |

3/4 cup | ground pork |
1/2 tsp | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | shallots, minced |
1 | egg yolk |
1 tsp | mustard |
4 | small red potatoes, cooked and quartered |

Heat oil in a fondue pot.
Meanwhile, cut chicken and beef and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Combine pork with garlic, shallots, egg yolk, mustard. Form small meatballs.
Cook meat and potatoes in oil until crispy and enjoy!
