Fondue Bourguignonne Recipe


4 cupsvegetable oil
8 ozbeef tenderloin, in small cubes
8 ozchicken breast
1 tbspolive oil
salt & pepper
3/4 cupground pork
1/2 tspgarlic, minced
1 tspshallots, minced
1egg yolk
1 tspmustard
4small red potatoes, cooked and quartered
dipping sauces


Heat oil in a fondue pot.

Meanwhile, cut chicken and beef and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Combine pork with garlic, shallots, egg yolk, mustard. Form small meatballs.

Cook meat and potatoes in oil until crispy and enjoy!
