Roaring Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	all purpose flour
3 tsp	baking powder
1 tsp	salt
1 tbsp	white sugar
1 1/4 cup	milk
1	egg
3 tbsp	butter, melted
2 cups	strawberries, sliced
16	blueberries
4	peaches, sliced
1 can	maple syrup

Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar.

Pour in milk, egg, butter. Mix until smooth.

Melt butter on a saucepan or griddle over medium heat. Scoop approx. 1/4 of the batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook on both sides until pancake is cooked through and golden brown.

Place each pancake on a plate. Form the lion's mane using sliced strawberries. Create the eyes using blueberries, the brows and muzzle with peach slices, and the nose and mouth with strawberry. Drizzle maple syrup and serve hot!
