|2 tsp||baking soda|
|1/2 tsp||baking powder|
|3 cups||white sugar|
|1 tsp||ground cinnamon|
|1 tsp||pumpkin pie spice|
|15 oz||pumpkin puree|
|1/2 cup||walnuts, chopped|
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two loaf (9x5) pans.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin spice. Separately, combine applesauce, eggs, pumpkin and water. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient and combine the batter well. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter into pans. Bake 50-60 minutes, a toothpick inserted should come out clean.
