Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. If you have extra large eggs, consider using a spoon to make the hole where the pit was larger to fit the whole egg.
Place the avocado on the surface you will cook it on, on aluminum foil on the grill or in a pan. Gently crack egg and pour into the avocado.
Cook over medium-high heat, or the fire, until the egg whites are firm. Season with salt and pepper and serve!
