This treat is a healthier take on the classic smore - your kids will love the ooey gooey goodness! Make sure you pack napkins ;)
|1 bar||milk or dark chocolate, in squares|
Slice the banana lengthwise, with the peel still on. Stuff the chocolate squares and marshmallows into the slit you have created, pull open the peel to fit everything if necessary. Wrap the banana in aluminum foil and stick on the fire, barbecue or in the oven. Heat for 5-10 minutes (depending on heat) until chocolate and marshmallows have melted.
For the healthier option: simply grill the bananas in the foil, then sprinkle with cocoa powder and blueberries.
To serve/eat: remove from foil, open the banana on a plate and add whipped cream.
