2 cupscouscous
2 cupschickpeas
parsley
1pomegranate, seeds only
1/2lemon
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, squeeze lemon onto salad and add a couple swirls of olive oil.
