Vegetable Kebabs

A delicious and colourful addition to your barbecue season menu!


zucchini, sliced
red, green, yellow peppers, cut into 1" pieces
onion, sliced
eggplant, sliced
tomatoes, sliced
optional: protein (chicken)
olive oil
black pepper


Fire up the barbecue to a medium heat!

Whisk together olive oil and spices in a large bowl. Toss the sliced vegetables in the oil to lightly coat them. Grab the skewers and alternate putting each vegetable for a colourful and varied serving of vegetables.

Grill the kebabs on two sides for 6 to 10 minutes, until all vegetables are tender.
