Combine the ground beef, onion, celery, and breadcrumbs, garlic and salt.
Form patties (6-8) with the beef mixture.
Grill the patties on both sides, for about five minutes each. Fry the bacon and the eggs (sunny side up) - you can do this on the barbecue using aluminum foil, and avoid running back and forth to the kitchen!
For the last minute or two, add the cheese on top of the beef patties. Toast buns if desired.
