Maple Pecan Pie


1 cuppure maple syrup
3/4 cup(packed) golden brown sugar
3 largeeggs
1/4 cupsugar
3 tablespoonsbutter, melted
1 tablespoonall purpose flour
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
19-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust
1 1/2 cupscoarsely chopped pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, vanilla.
  3. Place crust in pan.
  4. Spread pecans over the crust. Pour filling over.
  5. Bake until filling is set and slightly puffed, about 1 hour.
  6. Transfer pie to rack and cool completely before serving.
