Bruschetta with a Twist


1/2 cupCaesar dressing
1 largebaguette, sliced in half lengthwise (or sliced pumpernickel bread)
4 mediumtomatoes, chopped
1/2 cupparsley (or basil), finely chopped
2 clovesgarlic, minced (about 2 teaspoons)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread Caesar dressing on bread.
  3. Place cut bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  4. Mix tomatoes, garlic and parsley or basil
  5. Cut the bread in slices and spoon the tomato mixture on top of each slice of bread.
