Strawberry Santa Cheesecake Bites Recipe

A perfect holiday treat that the kids & big kids ;) are all sure to love during this time of the year.

Ingredients

To make the hat: Cut the tops of the strawberries.
Using a paring knife, clean out the strawberry bottom so that it’s relatively hollow.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until it becomes a creamy texture.
Add the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner cut off.
Fill the strawberry bottoms with the cream cheese mixture & add enough so that there is ¾ inch of cream cheese above the strawberry to make the Santa head.
Add the strawberry ‘’hat’’ on top of each Santa head & add a dot of cream cheese mixture on the top of each hat.
Add cream cheese mixture dots to make the ‘’Santa jacket buttons’’.
For the eyes, add 2 chocolate chips on each face.
Refrigerate until serving.
