Healthy Omelette Recipe


non-stick cooking spray
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsponion, chopped
2 tbsptomatoes, diced
1 tbspmushrooms, diced
1 tbspgreen onions, diced
1 tbspcheddar cheese (optional)


  1. Spray a pan, then put on stove on low heat.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk eggs and milk together until the mixture starts to foam. Pour the eggs into the pan and cover.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat, about 4 minutes. The bottom should be golden brown, and the top should be set.
  4. Sprinkle the toppings over the eggs, then fold the omelette in half over them. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Remove and serve hot with toast.
