Corn Dip Recipe


Ingredients

4 earscorn
3 cupscheddar cheese
3/4 cupsgreen onions
4 ozgreen chiles (optional)
1/4 cuproasted red peppers
1 cupsour cream
3/4 cupmayonnaise
1 tbspchili powder
1 tspground cumin
1 tspcrushed red pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil corn until cooked.
  2. Cut kernels off cob into bowl. Add cheese, green onions, green chiles, roasted red pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients: sour cream, mayonnaise, spices. Mix well.
  4. Combine mixtures and incorporate well. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until ready to serve. Serve with chips and/or bread.
