Barbecue Ribs Recipe


Ingredients

2 lbpork ribs
Marinade
brown sugar
ketchup
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
rum (optional)
chili sauce
garlic
dry mustard
ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Parcook the ribs in the oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Cut ribs into serving size portions and wrap twice in foil. Bake for 1.5 hours. Unwrap and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix together marinade ingredients. Coat ribs with marinade. Marinate for one hour at room temperature, or in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Preheat barbecue at medium heat. Brush grill with oils.
  4. Place ribs on grill and cook for 30 minutes, baste with marinade.
