- Parcook the ribs in the oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Cut ribs into serving size portions and wrap twice in foil. Bake for 1.5 hours. Unwrap and drain.
- In a bowl, mix together marinade ingredients. Coat ribs with marinade. Marinate for one hour at room temperature, or in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat barbecue at medium heat. Brush grill with oils.
- Place ribs on grill and cook for 30 minutes, baste with marinade.
