Curried Chicken Salad Recipe


1/2 cupplain low fat yogurt
2 tbspreduced fat mayonnaise
1 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspcinnamon, ground
1/2 tspsalt
1/2rotisserie chicken from the supermarket, cut into bite-size chunks (~2 cups)
1/2 cupcelery, thinly sliced
1/2 cupdried cranberries
1/4 cuptoasted slivered almonds
1/4 cupred onion, chopped


  1. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
  2. Add chicken, celery, cranberries, almonds and onion; toss to coat well. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
