Paleo Cauliflower Bacon Fried Rice Recipe


4 slicesbacon, chopped
1 smallonion, finely minced
1 headcauliflower, grated
1 tbspwater
1 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
1 tbspliquid aminos (or coconut aminos or fish sauce)


  1. In a wok or large saute pan over medium heat, cook bacon until almost crispy.
  2. Add the onions and stir fry until translucent.
  3. Turn heat to high. Add the grated cauliflower and stir fry for 1 minute. Add water and mixed vegetables, stir well, cover the pan and let the cauliflower mixture steam for another 3 minutes or until tender.
  4. Uncover and add seasoning to combine. Toss well. Taste and add additional seasoning as desired.
