Spring Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

2 cupsflour
2 tbspcorn flour
2eggs
1onion
1/2carrot
1/2capsicum
2green chilies
1boneless chicken breast
2eggs
breadcrumbs
oil
salt
pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop onion, carrot, capsicum and green chilies.
  2. Add the above ingredients to the heated oil and sauté well.
  3. Add boneless chicken cut into small pieces into the above mix. 
  4. Filling is ready. Keep it aside.
  5. With 2 cups of flour add 2 tbsp of corn flour into it. 
  6. Pour egg liquid into it and mix it well.
  7. Pour the mixture onto a heated pan and make it into a round shape. Now fill the ingredients into round shape roll. Dip the roll into egg. Roll it on the bread crumbs. Repeat as necessary.
