Banana Fritters Recipe


Ingredients

2ripe bananas, sliced
BATTER:
1/2 cupplain flour
1 tbsprice flour
1 - 2 tbspsugar (depending on ripeness of banana)
3/4 - 1 cupwater
salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice the bananas as per your liking. You can slice it into big pieces or small ones.
  2. Make the batter with flour, rice flour, sugar, salt and water. The batter should be thicker than idli batter.
  3. Dip the sliced bananas in the batter.
  4. Heat oil. The oil should be really hot, but not smoking hot.
  5. Deep fry the bananas till golden brown.
  6. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
