Tofu Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

1 packagesoft tofu
1 tspmatcha powder
1egg
2bell peppers, halved and deseeded (or tomatoes)
1/2zucchini, grated
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspoil, for frying
sesame seeds
seaweed

Preparation

  1. Mash tofu with fork. Add matcha, mix well.
  2. Add egg, soy sauce and grated zucchini, mix well.
  3. Stuff bell peppers and/or tomatoes.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan, fry peppers 10 minutes.
