Parmesan and Olive Muffins Recipe


Replace your usual breakfast muffin with this salty and cheesy onr for breakfast!

Ingredients

50gunsalted butter, melted
50gparmesan cheese, grated
50gblack olives, finely chopped
2eggs, beaten
200gself-raising flour
1 tspbaking powder
pinchsalt
8 tbspmilk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Grease a 12-hole muffin tray or line with cake cases.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, cheese and olive.
  4. Whisk together butter, milk, and egg together with a fork.
  5. Add liquids to the dry ingredients, stir until they form a thick paste.
  6. Spoon mixture into muffin cases. Bake until cooked through and golden, about 22 minutes.
  7. Turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
