1 tbsppounded sesame seeds
1/2 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tbspmirin
1/2 tbspdashi soup
1 tspsugar

Preparation

  1. Boil spinach lightly.
  2. Soak spinach in cold water.
  3. Press to drain, then cut.
  4. Mix sesame seeds, soy sauce, mirin, dashi, sugar.
