Raspberry Muffins Recipe


Ingredients

100gwhite chocolate
200mLmilk
2eggs
90gbutter, room temperature
180gwheat flour
100gspelt flour
pinchsalt
90gsugar
2 tspbaking powder
250graspberries

Preparation

  1. Break chocolate into pieces and add milk.
  2. Place bowl above pot with boiling water and wait until chocolate dissolves.
  3. Mix eggs with sugar until the colour becomes paler.
  4. Add butter to eggs and sugar, mix well.
  5. Add chocolate with milk.
  6. Sift flour. Add salt and baking powder.
  7. Slowly add flours into egg mixture.
  8. Gently add raspberries and mix.
  9. Preheat oven to 180C.
  10. Fill muffin cups. Bake 14-20 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
