Ingredients

7 clovesgarlic, crushed and chopped finely
1 tbspsalt
1 tbsppeppercorns
1 cupvinegar
1/3 cupwater
1whole milkfish, cut open in half and cut further in 4-5 inches wide

Preparation

  1. Rub the fish with salt and garlic.
  2. Place the fish morsels one by one in a deep plastic container with cover.
  3. Pour the vinegar and water into the dish. Pour in the peppercorns. Put the cover. Seal tightly to ensure liquids do not spill.
  4. Let the dish marinate for at least 4 hours before cooking.
  5. Preheat pan with oil. Fry as desired.
