Ingredients

1/2ripe mango, peeled and seeded
1/2ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
1ripe banana
1/4 cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cupskim milk
1/4 cupnonfat yogurt
1 tsphoney
2 cupsice

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, papaya, banana, orange juice, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice. Blend until smooth.
