Apple And Mint Punch Recipe

This refreshing drink is good for your health and perfect for a hot summer day!


2 cupswater
4 bagsgreen tea bags
1 1/2 cups100% apple juice
1 cupmint syrup
1/4 cupfresh lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)
1 cupsparkling water, chilled
fresh mint sprigs (optional)


  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Turn off the heat, add tea bags and let steep for 6 minutes. Remove the tea bags and cool the tea to room temperature, about 45 minutes.
  3. Pour the cooled tea into a large pitcher. Add the apple juice, mint simple syrup and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. To serve, add the sparkling water and pour the punch into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
