These pastries take no time to make and are the perfect snack!
Ingredients

spring roll dough sheets
200g
feta cheese
parsley
vegetable oil
Preparation
Chop the parsley.
Use a fork to cut the feta into small crumbs in a bowl. Mix with the parsley.
Lay out the dough sheets. Place a spoonful of feta mixture in the part of the sheet closest to you. Fold the bottom right and left sides inward (like an envelope) and roll. Repeat for all 20 sheets.
Fry them in pan with hot oil until all sides are golden.
