Green Smoothie Recipe


This is easy-to-make smoothie is refreshing and healthy!

Ingredients

1banana, sliced
150ggreen grapes (5 oz)
200gvanilla yogurt
1/2apple, cored and chopped
50gfresh spinach leaves (2 oz)

Preparation

  1. Place the banana, grapes, yogurt and  apple into a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.
