This isn't a regular delivery pizza, do away with the usual tomato sauce this time!

Ingredients

pizza dough
brie, torn to pieces
Mozzarella, shredded
sweet onions, thinly sliced
winter squash, cubed
garlic, peeled
olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation

Squash Sauce

  1. Roast squash and garlic together in a pan for around 50 Minutes on 400F, or until the squash is tender.
  2. Puree or mash, adding salt and pepper and streaming in the olive oil until the texture is agreeable.

Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 550F.
  2. Cover stretched dough with pizza sauce.
  3. Layer on mozzarella and brie. Then scatter the onions.
  4. Bake until crust is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
  5. Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve.
