Roasted Garlic Kale Recipe


Try this crunchy kale as a side salad or substitute lettuce for this in burgers!

Ingredients

2 buncheskale, roughly chopped. Discard bottom 2"
2 clovesgarlic (large), minced
2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Thoroughly toss kale, garlic, olive oil, 2-3 pinches of salt and cracked pepper. Spread out over baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 12 minutes, carefully toss again and continue roasting for another 5 minutes. Edges of kale should be brown and crispy.
