Raspberry Muffins Recipe


Ingredients

250gbutter
250gsugar
16gvanilla sugar
4eggs
500gflour
16gbaking soda
500gstrawberries
some chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare cupcake tins, greasing or using paper cups.
  2. Stir the butter until creamy.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, slowly.
  4. Add one egg after the other (beat every egg about 1/2 minute).
  5. Mix the flour with baking soda and add to mixture.
  6. Fold in the raspberry.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
