Fettuccine Alfredo Plus Recipe

This recipe is your favourite fettuccine alfredo plus an array of different flavours...seafood, veggies, and fruit!

1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined
asparagus, cut into 3 inch pieces
handfulseedless red grapes
1 boxdry linguine pasta (or fresh pasta)
700mLheavy cream
Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
1 tspred pepper flakes
splashwhite wine
olive oil


  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Into a pan at high heat with hot olive oil, add red pepper flakes, shrimp and salt.
  3. When halfway cooked, add a splash of white wine.
  4. Allow the alcohol to cook off, then remove shrimp from heat and set aside.
  5. Into the same pan, pour the heavy cream and reduce heat to medium.
  6. While constantly stirring cream, add a handful of grated cheese. Add pepper to taste.
  7. When cream has slightly reduced, add asparagus and shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes then remove from heat.
  8. Stir in cooked pasta and season if necessary.
  9. Add grapes when ready to serve and top with more grated cheese.
