Bruschetta Hors d'Oeuvres Recipe


This wonderful recipe only takes a few minutes to make but it tastes delicious!

Ingredients

1 loaffocaccia or ciabatta bread, sliced
2 ballsBuffalo Mozzarella, sliced
6 filletanchovy in oil, finely chopped
100gspring onions, chopped
100gred chili, seeded and chopped
1 tspDijon mustard
black pepper
Tuscan extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Mix anchovies, spring onions, chili, musard, olive oil, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Brush bread slices with a little olive oil, lay a slice of mozzarella on each slice.
  3. Grill for 5 minutes.
  4. Gently sprinkle top of each bread slice with anchovy mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and crack in more pepper. Serve.
