Moist Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

This gluten-free recipe tastes great, especially with ice cream or custard!


200gsemi-sweet chocolate
350ggarbanzo beans
80 mLsugar
1/2 tspgluten-free baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F)
  2. Grease and flour a 9'' round cake pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie.
  4. Mix eggs and beans in a food processor until very smooth.
  5. In food processor, add sugar and baking powder and continue blending until the mixture is even.
  6. Pour in chocolate and mix or stir until evenly blended.
  7. Pour mixture into cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
