Matcha & Cranberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

300gwheat flour
2tspbaking powder
pinchsalt
2ripe bananas, sliced
2eggs
1 cupyogurt
100g + 1 tbspsugar
1/3 cupoil
50gdried cranberries
1tspmatcha

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Sift flour. Add baking powder, matcha and salt.
  3. Whip eggs, sugar, yogurt and oil, until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.
  4. Add flour bit by bit, mixing steadily.
  5. Add bananas, cranberries, mix well.
  6. Pour dough into muffin baking tray.
  7. Sprinkle each muffin with sugar.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until done.
