Rice Cake with Pork Recipe


Ingredients

1 packagewhite rice cakes
500gpork
2 spoonsrice wine
2 spoonslight soy sauce
2/3cloves of garlic, minced
2/3 spoonsGuilin Chilli sauce
3spring onions, diced
2 spoonsof oil

Preparation

  1. Soak rice cakes overnight.
  2. Slice pork and marinate with rice wine and soy sauce (1 hour - overnight).
  3. Drain rice cakes, set aside. 4 .Heat oil, add garlic.
  4. Add meat and fry until meat cooked.
  5. Mix in Guilin Chilli sauce. Add rice cakes, and mix. Leave for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
