Fig & Proscuitto Hummus Flatbread

Sabra Classic Hummus topped with fig & prosciutto. Delicious and perfect for entertaining. Sure to be a favorite!


1soft flatbread of naan
3 tbsp.Sabra Classic Hummus
2 tbsp.fig jam
3 slicesprosciutto
2 tbsp.shredded gruyere or mozzarella cheese
1 tsp.pine nuts
3/4 cuparugula
1salt and pepper to taste


1.    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place 3 Tablespoons of Sabra Classic Hummus and 2 Tablespoons of fig jam randomly on the naan or flatbread.

2.    Spread roughly across the flatbread.

3.    Top with prosciutto, cheese and optional pine nuts.

4.    Bake on a lower rack for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and browned. Remove from oven.

5.    Place arugula on top of flatbread.
