Sabra Classic Hummus topped with fig & prosciutto. Delicious and perfect for entertaining. Sure to be a favorite!
1 | soft flatbread of naan |
3 tbsp. | Sabra Classic Hummus |
2 tbsp. | fig jam |
3 slices | prosciutto |
2 tbsp. | shredded gruyere or mozzarella cheese |
1 tsp. | pine nuts |
3/4 cup | arugula |
1 | salt and pepper to taste |
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place 3 Tablespoons of Sabra Classic Hummus and 2 Tablespoons of fig jam randomly on the naan or flatbread.
2. Spread roughly across the flatbread.
3. Top with prosciutto, cheese and optional pine nuts.
4. Bake on a lower rack for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and browned. Remove from oven.
5. Place arugula on top of flatbread.
