Tangra Fish Curry

The KRAFT Dressing makes a great flavour base for this delicious Hakka fusion dish.

1 tsp.corn starch
1/4 cupwater
1/4 cupKraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp.reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp.lemon juice
1 Tbsp.unseasoned rice vinegar
1/2 tsp.garam masala
1/2 tsp.ground cumin
1/4 tsp.red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp.oil
1onion, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, minced
2 Tbsp.minced gingerroot
3green chilies, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp.chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 lb.(450 g) tilapia fillets
